2) Dumbbell Floor Press Neutral Grip (3xME)
3) Clean & Jerk @70% (5×1)
4) Dumbbell Rollback Extensions (3×10)
5) Dumbbell Tricep Kickbacks ((4×20) each arm)
Gymnastics:
1) Handstand Hold → 7 HSPU ((4 times) try to get as many strict before you kip)
2) Negative Weighted Ring Dips ((3×10) Go slow through the motion, Go as heavy as possible)
Core:
1) Barbell Side Bends ((1×100) each side)
