An athlete for over 40 years and 27 years coaching experience, Jenn’s passion for sports & fitness began at a very young age and flourished to a well decorated gymnast, state champion and All American cheerleader. She continued her zeal for sports as a volleyball player and cheerleader through high school and D1 college athlete. Jenn is a personal trainer and has coaching certificates and specific training in Group Fitness Training, YMCA Certified Gymnastics Coach, Kickboxing, YogaFit, YogaFit Kids, Bosu, Kettlebells, TRX Force Level 2 Coach, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and has been coaching group fitness programs for over 10 years. Jenn plans to encourage others to try a healthy lifestyle and inspire everyone to get fit. She discovered CrossFit before opening the gym and knew she wanted to incorporate it into her plan and introduce it to the Austin community. Jenn has been a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer since 2014. She is continuing her education to share her knowledge in coaching kids, yoga and gymnastics with certifications in CrossFit Kids, CrossFit Mobility and CrossFit Gymnastics.
