Project Strength:

1) Anderson Back Squat + 2 Chains (5RM)

2) Barbell Step Ups ((3×10) each leg)

3) Hip Bridge (3×15)

4) OH Lunges (10×10 meters)

Core:

1) Hollow Hold (4×1 min, rest 1 min between sets)
